Wave paper account: less risk, retired alt-coin entries, results after costs

Every figure on Wave's paper account is now shown after its modelled trading costs. The long-term holds sleeve is capped at 30% of the account, the tranche it bought when BTC climbed back above its 50-day average was sold after that move failed at the next daily close, and the signal-scored alt-coin entries were retired after testing had not shown an edge for them after costs.

• The sale took a paper loss of about $1,936 after costs. It stays in the record; nothing was reset or removed.
• Six purchases booked at stale prices were restated to the last market price recorded before each one. That is an estimate within the hour, not an exact fill, and the original entries are kept beside them. Together the restatements raise the account by about $480 at October 25 prices: a correction of the record, not a trading gain.
• The BTC and ETH trend rule in force since October 17 is unchanged. Paper money only, and no edge is claimed.

The honest state of the learning research, on the homepage

The homepage and All strategies now open with one evidence panel for the self-learning paper test. It answers three questions separately: is evidence being collected, has the learning rule changed anything yet, and has any improvement been shown. Missing evidence says so, and nothing is estimated.

• The learned paper book sits beside a frozen twin that keeps the starting weights, with the recorded window, the starting paper money, the modelled trading costs and the rules stated.
• Risk-balanced sizing of the same picks and the market context sit beside it, marked as encouraging, not a verdict. Paper money only.

A guided start on the member desk

New members now start with three short steps on their desk: open a dossier, save two ideas and follow a theme. The desk then shows what changed for each saved idea since the day it was saved, and the next dated event to come back for.

• Research only: the guide never tells you to buy or sell. Hide it any time and bring it back from Settings.
• On the Physical AI watchlist, Save to my desk carries a company into a free account, and the desk offers to save it on any device.

Clearer billing when a payment fails or a membership ends

If a monthly payment does not go through, the desk and Account & billing now say so and point to the card update that restores the plan, instead of offering a second subscription. A membership set to end shows the date it ends.

• Saved ideas and notes stay with the account whatever the plan.

A Physical AI supply chain watchlist

Four public companies that make or are developing parts for humanoid robot joints, each on one evidence ladder: product fit, customer wins, production orders, humanoid revenue and margins. Every statement is labelled as confirmed, a management target, a company-wide figure or not disclosed, with its dated company source.

• Research priority, not buy ratings: Novanta and Timken first, Moog as adjacent, and USA Rare Earth in a separate, higher-risk materials group.
• Company-wide revenue, margins, closes and market values refresh twice a day, and filings made after the last review are flagged until they are reviewed.

A new song from HOG: Signal in the Shadows

HOG's new Boostio song, Signal in the Shadows, now leads the music page and the homepage player. Press Play and Take 1 starts; Bear in the Shadows comes right after it.

• The song's second take stays one tap away in the same row.
• Nothing plays until you press Play, and on phones the player still waits as a small button.

On a phone the homepage music player now starts tucked away as a small button at the edge of the screen. Tap it and the controls and the playlist slide up; collapse them and the page is yours again while the music keeps playing.

• Nothing opens or plays by itself. The button stays clear of the menu and the page's buttons.
• On larger screens the floating player is unchanged.

A floating music player on the homepage

The homepage now opens with a small floating player showing HOG's eight recordings, ready to pick from, and silent until you press Play.

• Nothing plays or downloads before you press Play; minimize it to a small bar or close it, and Boostio remembers your choice in this browser.
• It sits clear of the page's buttons and links, and keeps playing while you move between Boostio pages.

Crypto Rich Lists by market cap, with holder data from each coin's own chain

The rich lists now start from the 250 largest coins by market cap, so XRP, Hedera and every other large coin can be found, and each coin says plainly whether Boostio has its holder data, from which source, or why not yet.

• Holder lists for coins that run their own chain come from that chain's public explorer or ledger: Ethereum, Ethereum Classic, Hedera, Stellar, Internet Computer and Kaspa. Coins without a usable source, such as XRP and Bitcoin, say what is missing and what would add it.
• Each coin opens a brief: how concentrated the supply is, who the largest accounts are and how much of that is labelled, with the 20 largest accounts on request. Ethereum's staking deposit contract is left out of the ranking and explained, because it is not a holding.
• Stock Ownership / Insider Trades and the Catalyst Calendar work the same way: search, filters and a brief for each stock, and a week-by-week calendar.

Music on Boostio: HOG's crypto collection

A new music page plays eight recordings by HOG, four songs each in a main and an alternate version, with a small player that keeps playing while you move between Boostio pages.

• Nothing plays or downloads until you press Play, and one recording plays at a time.
• The songs are entertainment: their lyrics carry crypto community folklore and price memes, never a forecast, a signal or a financial promise.

Crypto Rich Lists, Stock Ownership / Insider Trades and a Catalyst Calendar, each one click from Research

The three ownership lists now have their own pages, named for what they hold, and lead the Research menu on desktop and phone and the Research page.

• Each page opens on its list: the largest wallets of each covered coin, insider buys and sells with buybacks and fund holdings, and the dated events with how sure each date is.
• Members open any coin or stock in the lists for its dossier, and reach their own ownership page and calendar from the same pages.

AI exit warnings: the Jev test is answering

The pre-registered Jev test now asks its frozen question, is this trend weakening, about every open Wave paper long after each final daily close, beside a simple rule, in shadow only.

• Its first answers replied to decisions recorded before it could ask, so they are shown as backfilled and never counted; only answers within an hour of a decision are evidence.
• No verdict before 30 closed positions with timely warnings. A warning never changes a Wave decision.
• Following Boostio's own paper trades is separate from every test: each buy and sell is published on Wave and Stock Trade Twins.

Who holds it, what changed and what could matter next

A new research page shows who holds the coins and stocks Boostio covers and what changed recently, and members get a calendar of the dates that matter for their own ideas.

• Crypto rich lists: the largest wallets of each covered coin, sorted into exchanges, locked supply, contracts and unlabelled holders, with day-over-day balance changes that are never called trades. Holder data powered by CoinGecko.
• Stock ownership: insider purchases and sales from SEC Form 4 kept apart from grants and option exercises, buybacks and share-count changes from company filings, and the delayed 13F positions of the funds Boostio tracks.
• A catalyst calendar: earnings marked expected or estimated, token unlocks, Fed decisions and CPI reports from the official schedules, and the 13F deadline. Members get it for their saved ideas, with the risks to keep in view and a file for their calendar app.

Members get a research brief: what changed for their ideas

A member's saved coins, stocks, pairs and followed themes now open with what changed, why it may matter, the other side and what comes next, each with its source and date.

• Stock research now reaches the member desk: the AI Bottleneck Radar's view, the dependency map's sourced relationships and each company's own SEC filings.
• Members can follow crypto narratives and stock research themes.

The homepage explains how to follow an idea forward

The homepage section on the house record now explains what it gives you: each idea published with the rule it follows, then run forward on paper in public.

• Three plain facts replace the old scoreboard: open paper positions with their rules, rival stock pairs followed, and strategy tests with their rules written down first.
• The complete paper record, every trade, is one clear link away, with its limitation: a paper record is evidence to weigh, not proof that an idea works.

Buttons that match the dark site

The bright cyan and blue buttons across Boostio now share one quiet dark style that fits the rest of the site.

• Main buttons on the homepage, membership, sign-in, research, stock, strategy and How It Works pages use a dark tinted fill with a thin cyan outline and light text, in place of the bright gradients and bright fills.
• Every button still does exactly what it did, with a visible hover and a clear keyboard focus ring.

AI exit warnings now run on Claude, and the Kalshi pilot's market data works

Two strategy tests that showed only "Blocked" now do what their access allows, and say exactly what is still missing.

• AI exit warnings: Claude is a new, separate test. Every daily close, each open Wave paper long is described to Claude with the Jev test's frozen question and compared with the same simple rule, in shadow only. Its first answers arrived on October 19.
• AI exit warnings: Jev keeps its own record and waits for one input: an API key for the pinned Jev version.
• The Kalshi copy pilot's market data (quotes, fee terms and settlements) is checked daily and ready to price its paper fills, for Boostio's own testing. What it still needs is named traders' trades, which have no permitted source; its pages now say "Needs trader data" instead of a blanket block.
• Paper and shadow only: no Wave rule, setting or trade changed.

Scout's call record now says what its numbers are

The Scout call performance panel is now the Scout call record. It leads with the typical call, says plainly that every result is hypothetical, and separates calls it can measure from calls it cannot.

• The figures count calls whose price was stored when the call was made and that were priced in the latest scan. Early calls, made before call prices were stored, and coins CoinGecko no longer prices are listed beside the figures with their reason, never dropped and never repriced.
• The typical call (median) comes first. The equal-weight average sits beside it, because a few very large winners lift the average well above the typical call.
• "Win rate" is now "above the call price": no call is ever closed. "Largest drawdowns" are now the biggest declines since the call.
• A coin that fell to a tiny fraction of its call price shows its exact move, such as -99.99%, never a rounded total loss. Each listed call shows its CoinGecko id, call date and market value now.

How Boostio Works is now a real guide, tool by tool

The How It Works page now explains every part of Boostio in depth: what each tool is for, what goes into it, what comes out, when it runs every day and how to read it, with diagrams built from real data.

• A day ribbon shows every scheduled run in UTC, the time now and the next run: Narratives four times a day, Scout three times, the Digest at 13:30, Market Pulse at 14:20 and its email about two hours later, and the stock tools after each final close.
• Chapters for Market Pulse, Scout, the Digest, Narratives, the Terminal, Wave, Stock Trade Twins, Stock Besties, the stock research tools and the strategy lab, each with a fact sheet and reading notes.
• Wave in depth now describes the rules in force today: the decision policy, the scanner, the entry gates, the exits and the long-term holds, plus what Wave deliberately does not do yet.
• On phones a Contents button reaches every chapter. Paper only, as always.

The homepage now opens on the Wave field, for crypto and stocks

The flat map on the homepage is replaced by the same particle field as the Wave page and the terminals. Crypto shows every coin in Wave's daily universe rising or dipping with its live 24h move; Stocks shows the stocks Boostio's tools follow, moved by their last final session.

• Market cards stream into their coins, with Wave's paper positions beside the field. On Stocks the cards are final closes and the paper book is Stock Trade Twins'.
• Pick an asset from a card, the day's movers, the search box or a point on the field to see its price with its time and source, its daily closes and what Boostio's research says about it.
• Crypto prices are live only where a Binance listing is confirmed; stocks are end of day and never move intraday.
• The slow turn of the field is ambient motion, not market activity. It pauses off screen, and visitors who prefer reduced motion get a still field that works the same way. Paper only.

The homepage map now moves on phones too

On a phone, the homepage market map used to stand still once it had settled. It now turns and tilts slowly while it is on screen, in Crypto and in Stocks, on phones and computers alike.

• The slow sway is camera motion only: it never changes a point's size, brightness or place, and the map's legend says so. Stock prices stay final daily closes.
• The labels and the selected asset's callout move with the map, so they always point at the right asset.
• The amber ring still pulses only when a new live crypto price arrives for the selected coin.
• The motion pauses while the map is off screen or the tab is hidden. Visitors who prefer reduced motion get a still map that works the same way.

The stocks Terminal and Scout now work like their crypto versions

Switching from Crypto to Stocks now keeps the same instrument. The stocks terminal has the crypto terminal's panels and its moving market field, and Scout for stocks has the same lead cards and board as crypto Scout, built on Boostio's stock tools.

• The field is the 400 stocks Boostio's stock tools follow, sized by market value; each one rises or dips with its last final session. The stock tools stream into the stocks they cover.
• Pick a stock from the watchlist to see its daily candles, its recent sessions, what each tool says about it and its SEC filings.
• Scout for stocks lists rival pairs, AI-infrastructure candidates and new SEC filings as lead cards, with a filter for each source.
• Stocks stay end of day: every price is a final daily close, and nothing here moves intraday.

A market map you can inspect on the homepage

The homepage now opens on a map of the markets Boostio covers: every US stock in the weekly screen and every coin in Wave's daily universe. Pick any asset to see its price with its time and source, its recent daily closes and what Boostio's research says about it.

• Crypto prices are live where Boostio has confirmed a Binance listing, quoted in USDT with their time; otherwise the stored price is shown with its time and a note.
• Stocks are end of day: final closes, dated to the last US session Boostio holds.
• Search, quick picks or a click on the map select an asset; the map moves only when something real changes, and stays still for visitors who prefer reduced motion.
• A coverage strip under the hero says how many assets are screened and how many are drawn.

Wave's original long-term holds are back on the Wave page

In June, Wave's first paper account bought 8 coins to hold for the long run: 32 buys, $50,000. They were never sold. The Wave page now lists them at their executed prices, marks them at today's prices, and counts them in the open book beside the current paper account.

• Each book keeps its own capital: the current account's realized and marked results stay on its $100K since the Oct 16 reset; the original holds are marked on their own $50,000 cost.
• All 32 buys are listed with their dates, prices and quantities. Paper only: no real money.

How Boostio works, plus Scout and the Terminal for stocks

How It Works now covers every part of Boostio, and Scout and the Terminal gained stock views built on Boostio's own stock research.

• How It Works opens with the whole platform: each section, the market it covers and how fresh its data is, how research becomes a tested decision, and the paper-only rule. The Wave guide follows as Wave in depth.
• Scout for stocks lists research leads: rival stocks that drifted apart, AI-infrastructure companies with their SEC-reported numbers, and fresh SEC filings.
• The stocks terminal is an end-of-day board. Stock data counts only once a daily close is final; there are no live stock quotes.

All strategies, in one place

Every strategy Boostio runs and every new idea it is testing has a page, with a status read from the test's own records.

Kalshi copy-trading pilot: rules set, blocked on data access

A paper pilot to test whether copying leaderboard traders survives fees and a one-minute delay. Its rules are fixed, but it cannot start: Kalshi's terms require written authorization to collect trader activity, and nothing has been collected.

• Three variants are registered: simple, specialist and consensus.
• No results exist, and none will be estimated or simulated.
• Not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Kalshi.

The live terminal, open to everyone

Boostio's research terminal is public: Wave's coin universe, live market data and every research engine's dated views, without signing in.

• Live prices, the order book and trades come from public Binance feeds.
• Research numbers are shown with a five-minute delay and computed as of that moment.

Stock Besties: who depends on whom in AI

A sourced map of the AI build-out: who funds, buys from, supplies and hosts whom, with every link quoted from an SEC filing or a company release.

• 16 companies and 38 relationships. How much a link matters is shown only where a source states it.
• New SEC filings appear with the companies they reach, and a shared-exposure check shows what a set of stocks has in common.
• A forward study of whether linked stocks react late to each other's news started on Oct 19. It shows nothing before 30 measured events and 90 days.

Wave, Stock Trade Twins and Stock Besties sit under one Strategies menu, each labelled paper trading or research only.

The Wave field

The /wave hero and the terminal share one picture of Wave's daily coin universe: a ring sized by market value that rises and dips with live moves.

• Gentle background motion is labelled as such. Highlights appear only for real events, such as a changed live price or a new paper trade.
• Reduced-motion settings get a still picture.

Wave decision policy in force

Wave's paper capital now follows one rule: BTC and ETH, each held only while its last final daily close is above its 200-day average. Wave's alt-coin entries open nothing new while it is in force.

• A historical replay, written down before it ran, chose this rule. The replay is a screen, not proof.
• Its forward record decides: an interim read on Jan 15, 2027 and a decision on Apr 16, 2027.
• Paper only.

Research engines and two shadow books

Outside AI and quant research engines record dated views on coins in one shared ledger. A self-learning book weights the engines by their measured record against a frozen twin, and a second book tests sizing by risk instead of dollars.

• Both are shadow books with $10,000 of paper money each; nothing in them changes Wave's trades.
• First reads on Jan 15, 2027.

/wave opens with live markets, Wave's recent activity with its time, and a direct way into the full terminal.

The daily Market Pulse briefings resumed, with the day's movers taken from crypto only.

Wave's paper account restarted at $100,000

Wave's paper account started a fresh $100,000 book on Oct 16. The earlier paper record was archived, not deleted, and the benchmark comparison restarted at the same moment.

Exit challengers registered

Two exits for Wave's trend trades were written down before any test. The trailing stop failed its historical test and was rejected. The 20-day-EMA exit moved to a forward test, which waits for new trend trades while the decision policy is in force.

AI exit warnings: registered, blocked

A shadow test of whether an outside AI model spots a weakening trend earlier than a simple rule. The rule is recorded on every Wave position; the AI side waits for API access, so no AI answer exists yet.

New homepage, membership plans and the member desk

Wave trend entries

Wave added paper trend entries on pullbacks and primed setups, each re-checked at the live price before it fills. Since Oct 17 they are paused while the decision policy is in force.

Setup-to-trend rotation books

A rotation strategy that buys coiled market leaders and sells only when the thesis breaks runs as paper books beside challengers and passive benchmarks, $100,000 each.

• Its historical study found no edge against holding. No promotion before 90 days and 15 closed trades.

Wave scoring repairs

A bearish-divergence veto now applies only when the divergence is textbook and still active. Bullish divergences and chart patterns add points only while the setup is live.

• A pattern whose target was already reached no longer counts, even if the price falls back below it.

Blocked signals are re-checked every scan

A Wave signal held back by a temporary condition used to stay locked out for hours after the condition cleared. It is now re-scored and re-checked on every scan.

No more time-based exits

Wave no longer closes a paper position or tightens its stop just because time has passed. Exits follow price and risk rules only.

Wave stops blocking trades on missing data

A coin without on-chain coverage is no longer scored as if its on-chain reading were zero, and two filters the evidence did not support were relaxed.
