These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you and Marketing Hog, the company that operates Boostio. Boostio is a product of Marketing Hog. Please read them carefully.
1. Who we are
Boostio is operated by Marketing Hog (“Marketing Hog”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Boostio is a product of Marketing Hog. By using the Boostio website and tools (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What Boostio is
Boostio is an AI-driven crypto market-research and data-transparency project. It runs an autonomous, publicly documented paper-trading experiment and publishes signals, scores, model reasoning, and simulated and real trade activity for transparency and education. The Service is informational: it describes what our system did and why, so you can study it.
3. Not investment advice
Boostio is not investment advice and not financial advice. Marketing Hog is not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, financial planner, exchange, custodian, or fund, and nothing on the Service is an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. The Service does not account for your personal circumstances. Consider speaking with a licensed professional before making any financial decision.
4. No guarantees
Crypto assets are volatile and high-risk. We do not guarantee any profit, return, accuracy, or outcome. Signals, scores, and results can be wrong. Past performance, including any paper-trading or live results we publish, does not predict future results. You may lose money.
5. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions and for any resulting gains or losses. Any action you take based on the Service is at your own risk.
6. Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us through our contact form if you suspect unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
7. Membership, billing, and cancellation
- Boostio offers paid memberships (for example, Pro and Premium) billed on a recurring subscription, typically monthly. Pricing is shown at checkout and may change for future billing periods.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us through our contact form; cancellation stops future renewals, and your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, issue a credit or refund for a clear billing error.
- Card payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of Marketing Hog, the operator of Boostio. Your card statement may show MARKETING HOG* BOOSTIO or MARKETING HOG. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to, and not to help others to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or harmful purpose;
- Scrape, resell, sublicense, redistribute, or systematically extract the Service or its data, or build a competing product from it, except as expressly permitted in writing;
- Circumvent authentication, rate limits, paywalls, or security measures, or access the Service through unauthorized automated means;
- Reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure, or introduce malicious code;
- Misrepresent the Service as personalized investment advice or as a guarantee of results.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any signal, score, or figure is accurate, complete, or reliable.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marketing Hog and its owners, employees, and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, data, or trading losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty US dollars (USD 50).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Marketing Hog and its owners, employees, and providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
13. Changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, and may update these Terms. For material changes we will revise the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law gives you other rights.
